I agree, I never liked the unitard myself.
This one is the consept art pictured in Arkham Azylum, the riddler file you unlock has a picture,
the costume is based on that picture.
The costume is a commision from a man named Tab Kimpton.
He has a page:[link]. Mostly web comics there but he also make cosplays on commision.
